Who remembers the history of Den Graphix?

Founded in 1992, Den Graphix originally occupied what was Dollar General. Den Graphix was on the north side, while Den Wholesale occupied the south side of the building. In 1997, Dollar General wanted to rent part of the building, and Den Wholesale relocated to the current 150 Speed Shop location. A year later in 1998, Dollar General took over the remainder of the building. Den Graphix then moved to what is now Tailgaters Pub. Eventually, business grew so much that we needed a larger space to accommodate that growth. In 2013 we moved to our permanent location at 111 S. Chestnut St., and we are proud to call it home. Den Graphix was founded by Paul Bartlett and Bill Frautschi. Bill continues to work here and helps in the office.

The over 6000 sq. ft. location offers a retail store, and our manufacturing facility. We started out with one screen printing press and a dryer. In 1997, we entered the embroidery business to compliment the screen printing business. The current location accommodates 2 automatic presses and 2 manual presses, the embroidery department, and the sign department. In 2013 we added a 6 head embroidery machine to expand the embroidery department. The business is now owned by Phil Wieland and Craig Spencer. We have made lots of changes in 2020 with new LED lighting, a new logo and website, and opened the retail shop. In 2023 we updated all the computers, phone system, upgraded the online webstore, and in 2025 the front of the building got a facelift. We still have more plans in the works, but it all takes time. We love working with big and small businesses with corporate branding projects.
